Brad has over 30 years of operating executive and business consulting experience, repeatedly increasing revenue, margin and EBITDA through improved strategy and execution, more effective sales and marketing, sustainable operations improvements and astute financial management. A powerful combination of classic general management (P&G, Campbell Soup) and strategic consulting (IRI, Kantar Retail), Brad has led large, iconic brands such as Tide laundry detergent and Campbell’s soup as well as fast-growing, private equity-sponsored portfolio companies.
Brad is expert at integrating data, analytics, technology and process to develop and execute strategy and has deep knowledge of consumer, shopper and retailer behavior, category leadership, trade promotion, optimizing in-store conditions, e-commerce, leveraging physical and online stores and improving supplier/retailer relationships. Key competencies include business transformation, repositioning and turnarounds.
Prior to joining Metaforce, Brad held leadership roles at P&G, Campbell Soup, IRI, Eastern Research Services and WPP. A frequent speaker and author, Brad has recently addressed the Category Management Association, Promotion Optimization Institute, Executive Forum, General Merchandise Distributors Council and Goldman Sachs Global Staples Forum. Brad earned a BA, cum laude, in Economics from Clark University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School.
