Bill is an award-winning strategist with over two decades in marketing. He was the Head of Strategy at IPG, where he led a Communications Planning division of Initiative. Prior to his time there, Bill served as Managing Partner within Group M responsible for global connections planning on clients such as Citi, Amgen, and Hertz. In addition to serving as VP of Strategy at Havas and BBDO, he was the lead strategist on the global repositioning of Lexus.
Bill has been the founder of two successful digital startups and has served as an advisor for three separate ventures. He is currently a member of the 4A’s Strategy Council and has been the recipient of the David Ogilvy Award. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Chicago and completed advanced research in Renaissance Art and Literature at Oxford University.
