Jeff Brown



Jeff has 30 years of experience in research and consulting, and has assisted many clients in managing their brands and building communications strategies. Jeff has a proven track record of working with many leading companies. Brown Yardley' roster of clients include Battelle, BNY Mellon, Boeing, Comcast, Duff & Phelps, First Solar, GE, HP, Hilton, Pratt & Whitney, Samsung, Siemens, United Technologies, and Visa.

In addition to client management responsibilities, Jeff enjoys working directly on a wide range of projects. Jeff has moderated hundreds of focus groups, including personally overseeing qualitative research efforts throughout Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, and directing large-scale quantitative studies.

Prior to forming Brown Yardley Research in 2000, Jeff was the Director of Opinion Research Corporation’s (ORC) Corporate Reputation & Branding Practice where he led assignments for a variety of clients including AT&T, Deloitte, DuPont, FedEx, Honeywell, IBM, Kodak, NYSE, Pepsi, and PwC.  

Jeff has been a regular speaker for the Association of National Advertisers, the Conference Board, and the Institute for International Research.
