Trace is a Brand Technologist with a 25 year career in the digital space, innovating paths for brands to express their purpose and position to their people in an ever-dynamic market. Awarded for breakthrough work for brands that include Levi’s, Cisco, T-Mobile and Toyota to name a few, she has been at the forefront of digital community, social media, mobile, and AI. She led Social Media strategy at Razorfish, Digital Experience at Publicis, Global Digital Marketing for Blackberry, Digital Brand AI for Venables Bell, and was CEO of 214 ( a Soho-based brand studio)
Driving influence and connection amongst a brand’s most loved constituents has been at the heart of her work, leading Community Strategy across the decades for dozens of brands including Napster, Levi’s, Hearst Media, Petco and BlackBerry, to more recent work with Amazon, Culture Amp and Spring Health in her role as founder of B R A I V E, an AI centric community agency. As a people-first leader she has managed teams comprising Creative, User Experience and Engineering teams to build experiences that drive impact, loyalty and the bottom line.
An all-weather enthusiast if not open water swimming in summer, or free-riding in the snowy seasons, she is out hiking the ridgelines of her home in upstate NY.
