Jane is a leading marketing strategist and researcher who combines an instinctual understanding of brands and the people who buy them with a passion for problem-solving. She brings market-based insights to her work in strategic planning and marketing.
Over her career, Jane has developed a passion for and expertise in a broad range of categories, including retail/fashion (Tiffany, Chanel, Target), financial services (American Express, UBS, Capital One), healthcare (GSK, McNeil, P&G), media & entertainment (Showtime, Meredith, Sesame Street) and technology (Facebook, Microsoft, AT&T). Jane’s work encompasses a broad qualitative toolkit, including traditional, digital, ethnographic and innovation/ideation. Finding the right methodology, the right audience and the right approach is what Jane finds particularly exciting about each and every study.
Jane worked at a number of blue-chip advertising agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, Saatchi & Saatchi and Chiat/Day.
“Tell me something I don’t already know” is her guiding principle. Jane works at every step to make sure she brings new insights, valuable information and a deep understanding to our clients, delivering it in a way that shows a clear and actionable path forward.
Jane graduated from Medill’s School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
