Lisa Manganello has been a leader and a visionary in Marketing and Branding for over 25 years. Lisa has held a variety of leadership positions, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of Rockefeller Capital Management where she led and built all marketing and communications functions to develop, protect and expand the unique Rockefeller brand in all U.S. and global markets.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Lisa was Global Head of Integrated Brand Marketing at Morgan Stanley, responsible for the brand and advertising. There, she led development of the firm’s highly successful “Capital Creates Change” campaign. Earlier, as Chief Marketing Officer for Field and Investment Product Marketing, she led a complete redesign of the organization to achieve unified marketing across the wealth management business.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Lisa created her own consulting practice, working with a variety of leading financial services organizations on the full range of their strategic and operational marketing needs. Earlier in her career, she held several positions at Merrill Lynch, leading marketing for the firm’s ultra-high-net worth clients as well as the direct-to-client acquisition strategy that ultimately became Merrill Edge. There, she also created the Private Banking Investment Group (PBIG) brand, differentiating Merrill’s ultra-high-net-worth segment.

Lisa started her career at WPP companies, where she worked for key agencies including Burson-Marsteller Public Relations, Landor Associates, and Young & Rubicam.
