Drawn from her broad experience as a Partner, Creative Director, Designer and mentor, her passion and talent for building, managing and inspiring smart, diverse and talented creative teams at global consultancies like: Digitas, Enterprise IG (now The Brand Union), Futurebrand, Grey, Interbrand, Interbrand Health, Landor, Metaforce, R/GA, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Wolff Olins, she is widely recognized in the industry.
Martine was a founding Partner of St. Aubyn, a world-class brand consultancy that she helped nurture from its earliest days as a shoestring start-up to an industry-recognized strategic and creative partnership with multi-million dollar revenues.
As Creative Director and creative lead, Martine has played a key role in collaborating and mentoring, challenging and delighting exceptional designers, thinkers, colleagues, and clients including: AARP, Allergan, amfAR, AT&T, Carter’s, Citibank, Con Edison, E*Trade, Eli Lilly, ERT, GE, Goji, Google, GSK, Hasbro, IBM, Illumina, MassMutual, NYC Tourism, PwC, P&G, Red Bridge, SC Johnson, SAP, Sittercity, Smith & Nephew, South African Airways, Toptal, The Standard, Staples, Verizon, Walmart and WaterAid.
