Susanna is a marketing executive and operator bringing to Metaforce over 25 years at top global professional services, technology solutions and B2B SaaS category leaders. She architects marketing engines that drive revenue growth, brand authority, product traction and partner synergies. Her work has helped businesses reestablish growth through brand, demand and operations to reach $100M, $1B and $5B milestones in highly dynamic and competitive markets.
As CMO, Susanna excels at pivots and transformations. She supported a NASDAQ IPO for digital solutions provider Presidio, a PE-backed corporate carveout of NCR Voyix’s digital banking division, and 75+ M&A integrations and internal ventures in software, cloud, security, AI and digital transformation.
Susanna was trained in and implemented rebrands on the frontlines at Accenture, Booz (later Strategy&), Cognizant, Deloitte and PwC. She then went on to lead brand strategy and product portfolio architecture initiatives for launch at global technology solutions provider SoftwareOne, SaaS governance platform Diligent and SaaS digital banking platform Candescent.
Successful brand repositions can only deliver growth when tightly integrated with demand and expand initiatives across marketing, product, sales, customer and partner in a unified commercial GTM. Susanna has had repeat success doing this. She repositioned Cognizant’s $5B digital business as an industry leader by scaling new solutions like AI, IoT and digital engineering to deliver 19% annual growth. At SoftwareOne, she drove a $350M marketing pipeline contribution with $100M closed ARR through new brand/demand/expand initiatives, such as establishing one of Microsoft’s largest Copilot generative AI subscriber bases worldwide launched in 30+ countries within one year.
Susanna holds a BA in political science and economics from Yale University and an MBA in marketing and information systems from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
She is a guest speaker in marketing at the University of Santa Clara.
