Swati Joshi is an award-winning communications strategist and executive advisor who helps organizations communicate with clarity, influence behavior and drive meaningful business outcomes.

With more than 30 years of experience, Swati has helped global organizations, including GE and Siemens, navigate transformation, strengthen executive communications, launch new products and build high-performing communications functions. She is known for translating complex business challenges into compelling narratives that resonate with employees, customers, media and other key audiences.

During her nearly 20-year career at GE, Swati held several senior communications leadership roles, including Chief Communications Officer for the $15B Power Services business and Director of Communications for the $8B Power Generation Services business. Her work included leading large-scale transformation initiatives, launching new products, introducing GE’s Power Services business and FieldCore subsidiary, and repositioning GE’s Six Sigma certification program for a modern workforce.

Swati has partnered with organizations across sectors including energy, construction, financial services and food & beverage to provide strategic counsel, strengthen leadership communications and help organizations navigate growth and change with confidence.

Swati has earned multiple industry and leadership honors, including Marquette University’s Communicator of the Year, IABC Atlanta’s Best in Show, GE’s Heroes of Growth and Siemens Energy’s Employee of the Year. She earned a BA in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Marquette University. Actively engaged with her alma mater, she counsels university leaders, mentors students, supports experiential learning opportunities and funds scholarships that help shape the next generation of communicators.
